EPCC offer an air test service including air leakage testing and air permeability testing, and testing for building air leakage testing for part L1a part L2a regulations. Air Leakage Testing, air permeability testing for all domestic and commercial buildings (either for Existing Buildings Air Tightness Testing or New Build Air Tightness Testing) to comply with L1 and L2 regulations. Their contractors are BINDT registered.
Their air testing consultants are accepted by Building Control as being suitably qualified to carry out the formal air leakage and air permeability testing and certification of new build properties. EPCC can test Air Tightness in existing homes & dwellings and also commercial buildings air leakage testing. EPCC provide National Air Tightness Testing and National Air Leakage Testing services.
